The Nutcracker and the Mouse-King Workshop- 2pm-4.15pm
Whilst building our confidence, creativity, and communication skills, we will work together to 'bring to life' E.T.A Hoffman's German story of 'The Nutcracker and the Mouse-King'.
We will:
-Find ways to PREPARE for Fritz and Marie's infamous annual festive party, DECLARE the best gift ideas ever given, DECORATE a version of our very own nutcracker, RE-ENACT the battle of the mouse-king and the tin soldiers with clever creativity, DEFEAT our own version of the king of the mice, IMAGINE a journey through an overcoat sleeve, and CREATE our own imaginative ideas of a dreamland.
-With your own mini nutcracker to decorate and take home (to keep, or give as a gift),
-A gluten-free festive cookie snack,
-All the ideas (and some special storytelling skills) to re-tell the whole story when you get home to entertain your family and friends,
*Due to the nature of the geodome venue, this is a small group experience, so hurry and book now before all the spots are gone. There is also an 11am time slot available.
