Meet your facilitator:

Mrs. T

(or 'T' for short)

She worked as a secondary school drama teacher for 16 years, but left in 2024 when she realised her passion for developing children's confidence and communication skills alongside their theatre interests was not supported by the current school system. She now coaches children online from all over the world in public speaking, interview preparation, and communication skills. She has worked as a professional actress, including lots of T.I.E (Theatre in Education), a Director, and she is an experienced Presenter (TV, Radio, Live, Events, Video, Online).

She feels that children for whom the school system isn't working either should not be disadvantaged in developing their confidence and public speaking skills so she has created a Drama Class with a DIFFERENCE where participants get to play ALL the characters. By using their VOICES, a few KEY PROPS, some COSTUME BITS, and a big dose of CREATIVITY.

Some important information for all participants:

  • All sessions will begin in Geodome 1, at Outways Wellbeing, Pelynt, PL13 2NW                        W3W ///dine.diner.pulps
  • You can drop off and pick up your child at either the top or bottom car park *Please be mindful that Lucinda may have a client at Serenity, so we ask that you be considerate on your arrival and departure if using the top car park.
  • If you wish to remain on site for your child's first session, there is a make-shift kitchen with tea/coffee facilities available just before you reach Geodome 1.
  • Weather permitting, we may often forage outside for props/costume bits, or even choose to act our story outside.
  • Please wear (or bring) clothing appropriate for some outside exploring. Also wear clothes you are comfortable in, that don't restrict your movement, and you don't mind getting dusty or muddy.
  • Bring a reusable water bottle to every session, to keep you hydrated. Drinkable water will be available throughout the session, as well as on-site toilet facilities.
  • Bring a sun hat if it's warm, and a warm jumper if it is chilly.
  • All participants must remain on-site for the whole session but, for those who need it, minutes can be taken outside when needed.
  • Participants can be collected from either car park area at the finish time of 2.45pm.
  • 1-to-1 sessions are also available at the same venue by weekly appointment.
